The wait is finally over for lakhs of students across India! The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the notification for CUET UG 2026 (Common University Entrance Test – Undergraduate). From January 3, 2026, eligible candidates can apply online and take their first step toward admission into top Central, State, Deemed, and Private Universities in India.
CUET UG has become a single-window entrance exam for undergraduate admissions, making the process simpler, fairer, and more transparent for students nationwide.

🖥️ CUET UG 2026 Exam Pattern & Key Highlights
The CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
Exams will be held at multiple centres across India and abroad.
Major Update:
Students can now choose up to 5 subjects, even if they did not study those subjects in Class 12.
This change provides greater flexibility and helps students apply for a wider range of courses and universities.

Candidates must have passed Class 12 or be appearing in 2026 from a recognised board.

No age limit for appearing in CUET UG.

NTA has introduced mandatory live photograph capture during application.
